LogixGrid Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the LogixFlow no-code platform and specialized applications, including LogixDMS (Delivery Management Solution). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

By using LogixFlow or LogixDMS, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect information necessary to provide logistics and workflow automation services to our Business Customers.

A. Personal Information

Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and professional credentials provided by your organization.
Communication Data: Information provided when you contact our support team.

B. LogixDMS Specific Data (Mobile App)

Precise Location Data: To enable real-time delivery tracking, route optimization, and accurate ETA updates for customers, LogixDMS collects precise location data. This data is collected while the app is in use and, if permitted by the user, in the background during an active delivery shift.
Proof of Delivery (ePOD): Photos of delivered parcels, digital signatures, and time-stamped delivery notes.
Camera Access: Required for scanning barcodes and capturing proof-of-delivery photos.

C. Technical Data

Device Information: IP address, device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for security and diagnostic purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following operational purposes:

Service Delivery: To facilitate the movement of goods and manage delivery workflows.
Fleet Management: To allow dispatchers to monitor driver progress and optimize routes.
Customer Transparency: To provide end-recipients with tracking updates and delivery proof.
Platform Security: To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the integrity of our no-code environment.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

To Our Business Customers: We share driver and delivery data with the specific business entity (your employer or service provider) that has contracted for the LogixFlow service.
To Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), mapping services (e.g., Google Maps), and communication (e.g., SMS gateways). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Location Services: You can opt-out of location tracking via your mobile device settings; however, this will significantly limit the functionality of the LogixDMS app.
Access and Correction: Users may request to view or update their personal information through their organization’s platform administrator.
