What you can do free, and what needs a plan

You can build the whole thing, load your own data and watch it work. What Free can't do is connect to the outside world — and that's the line.

Freight forwarder
Free

Create house bills, build your quote-to-invoice flow, generate documents, run it on mobile.

Needs a plan

Live carrier integrations — DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS rates, tracking and label generation.

Delivery company
Free

Plan routes, run the driver app, capture proof of delivery, see live status on a dashboard.

Needs a plan

Customer notifications — automated SMS and email tracking links to your end customers.

Shipping & transport
Free

Build loads, assign carriers, model your rate cards, run approvals and track margin.

Needs a plan

Carrier & rate integrations — live rate pulls and automated status sync.

Custom apps only
Free

Design an app in Studio, model your data, run a workflow, deploy to web and mobile.

Needs a plan

API & webhooks — trigger your WMS, ERP or TMS from a LogixFlow event.

SSO, two-factor authentication and the full mobile app are on every plan, including Free — they're part of the platform architecture, not an upsell.

We count shipments, not paperwork

The unit is the shipment you bill your customer for. Consolidate as much as you like — masters are never charged separately.

One billable shipment = one house bill, or one standalone consignment

A house bill (HAWB / HBL) is the shipment you invoice a customer for, so it's the fairest thing to meter — your cost moves with your revenue, not with your filing habits. Attach as many houses as you like to a master document; the master itself never counts.

LTL consolidation — 100 house bills in one container

All 100 houses attached to a single MAWB/MBL.

Counts as 100

At $0.12 beyond your plan, that's $12.

Houses only, no master

Plenty of forwarders never raise a master at all. Nothing changes — each house counts once.

Counts as 1 each

No penalty either way.

Deliveries are metered separately at $0.10 each beyond plan, because a parcel drop and a freight consignment are not the same unit — a courier does in a day what a forwarder does in a quarter.

What will LogixFlow actually cost you?

Seats, apps and volume in one number. No form, no sales call, no surprises on the invoice.

Plan

Builder includes 15 seats and any 3 prebuilt apps.

15 seats are included. Extra seats are $20 each.

Extra apps beyond your plan's allowance are $39/month each.

    The free plan

What do I actually get on the Free plan?

Five users, all five prebuilt apps — FreightNX, LogixTMS, LogixDMS, LogixDocs and LogixCanvas — plus LogixStudio to build your own. You get 100 shipments and 500 deliveries a month, one custom app with 2,500 datamodel rows, one workflow, one Canvas dashboard, 500 AI credits, two prebuilt AI agents, 5 GB of storage and CRM for 500 contacts. SSO, two-factor authentication and the full mobile app are included.

It's free forever, there's no card required, and you don't pick a plan at signup — everyone starts here.

What can't I do on Free?

Three things, and they're the same three for everyone: live carrier integrations (rates, tracking and label generation with DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS), customer notifications (automated SMS and email tracking links to your end customers), and API and webhooks (triggering an external WMS, ERP or TMS from a LogixFlow event).

Everything else works. You can build the whole system, load your own data, run it on mobile and watch it operate. What Free can't do is connect to the outside world — which is exactly the line between evaluating something and running your business on it.

Why is my first 15 days more generous than the Free plan?

New accounts run at Builder-level capacity for 15 days, then step down to Free. A freight forwarder can't form a real opinion inside a tight quota, so we'd rather you build something substantial first, get your team in and see it work. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends — your apps, workflows and data stay exactly where they are, and anything above the Free limits becomes read-only until you upgrade.

    Plans & billing

    How does LogixFlow pricing work?

Paid plans are bundles rather than pure per-seat pricing. Explorer is $99 a month and includes 5 seats and any one prebuilt app. Builder is $299 and includes 15 seats and any three. Everything beyond that stacks on top at published rates — extra seats, extra apps, extra volume, extra AI credits.

The reason it's a bundle is that a freight forwarder, a delivery company, a shipping line and someone who only wants to build custom apps all need different shapes. This way they all start at the same $99 without having to configure their way there.

Is there a minimum number of seats?

No. Seats are included in the plan rather than being a minimum you have to buy. Explorer includes 5 and Builder includes 15; if you have fewer people than that, you simply have room to grow. There are no hidden platform minimums and no undisclosed floor spend.

What if I only want custom apps and none of the prebuilt ones?

That's a supported path and it costs the same. Explorer at $99 gives you 5 seats, 5 custom apps, 50,000 datamodel rows, 10 workflows, unlimited Canvas dashboards and outbound webhooks. You simply don't take the prebuilt app slot. Builder adds the full REST API, unlimited custom apps and 250,000 rows.

Can I change plans or seat count mid-term?

You can upgrade or add seats at any time; the change takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades and seat reductions take effect at your next renewal date.

Is there an implementation or onboarding fee?

No implementation fee on Free or Explorer — you can build and launch entirely self-serve. Optional guided onboarding for Builder starts at $1,500 one-time and includes data migration, integration mapping and team training. Enterprise implementation is quoted per scope, and we give you the range on the first call rather than after a procurement cycle.

    How volume is counted

How do you count a shipment?

One billable shipment is one house bill — a HAWB, an HBL, or a standalone consignment with no master. If you attach houses to a master document (MAWB or MBL), the master is never charged separately.

We meter house bills because that's the shipment you invoice your customer for, so your cost with us moves with your revenue rather than with your filing habits. An LTL consolidator putting 100 house bills into a single container counts as 100 — which, beyond your plan allowance, is $12.

Why are deliveries counted separately from shipments?

Because they aren't the same unit. A freight forwarder might handle 10 to 20 shipments in a month; a courier delivers 50 parcels before lunch. Pooling them into one number would either starve the delivery business or hand the forwarder an allowance they'd never touch. So LogixDMS has its own allowance — 500 a month on Free, 2,000 on Explorer, 10,000 on Builder — metered at $0.10 beyond plan.

What is a datamodel row, and how is it different from a shipment?

Datamodel rows are the records behind the custom apps you build in LogixStudio, stored in the LogixFlow cloud data table. Shipments are records created in the prebuilt apps. They're metered separately because they represent two different ways of using the platform — running your freight operation on FreightNX, or building something that doesn't exist yet.

If you only ever build custom apps, shipments are irrelevant to you and rows are the number that matters. Extra rows are $25 per 50,000 per month.

    Are documents in LogixDocs metered?

No. LogixDocs has no document limit at all — once it's activated you can process as many as you need with no per-document charge. The only practical bound is your file storage, which is 5 GB on Free, 50 GB on Explorer and 250 GB on Builder. Note that AI extraction on those documents draws AI credits, which are metered separately.

    AI agents

    How are AI agents priced?

Two levers. Agent slots — one slot is one published, always-on agent, counted per account rather than per user. Free includes 2, Explorer 5, Builder 20, Enterprise unlimited, and extra slots are $12 per agent per month. Then AI credits, which each agent step draws from your pooled monthly allowance, from 1 credit for a trigger or lookup up to 5 for multi-page document verification. Human approval checkpoints are free.

So an idle agent costs you almost nothing and a hard-working one costs roughly what it saves.

If an agent creates my shipments automatically, do I get charged twice?

Credits pay for the AI work, shipments pay for the business volume — they're separate meters, but in practice agent automation rarely pushes you over either. An agent reading a booking email and creating a house bill costs about 6 credits, so 1,000 automated shipments a month is roughly 6,000 credits against Builder's 25,000 allowance, and 1,000 shipments is inside Builder's shipment allowance too.

Separately, agent-created records are rate-limited to 500 per hour on every plan including Enterprise. That's a safety valve against a misconfigured agent looping on an inbox, not a pricing lever, and it's never enforced as a charge.

Can I build my own agents, or only use the prebuilt ones?

Both. Every plan including Free can deploy agents from the prebuilt library. On Builder and above, the custom agent designer lets you compose entirely new agents from the system skill library — carrier and tracking lookups, document parsing, rate matching, approval routing, notifications and data writes to any of your apps. Enterprise can additionally register custom skills of its own.

    Payment, tax & policy

Are prices inclusive of GST, VAT or SST?

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude local taxes. Applicable GST, VAT, SST or sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing country. We hold entities in Canada, India, Malaysia, Mexico and the UAE and can invoice in local currency on annual plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express for monthly and annual plans. Annual and Enterprise plans can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice with standard net-30 terms.

What is your cancellation policy, and can I export my data?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal. You can export all of your data — records, documents and workflow definitions — to CSV, Excel or via the API at any time, including for 90 days after cancellation. Your data is yours.

How does this compare to other logistics software?

Freight forwarding systems are typically priced per user — Magaya, for example, starts around $150 to $200 per user per month. Last-mile tools are usually priced per delivery or per driver: Onfleet's entry tier is roughly $550 a month for 2,000 tasks, and Track-POD's floor is about $147 for three drivers.

LogixFlow Explorer is $99 a month for five users with an app included, and Builder is $299 for fifteen. The larger difference is that none of those tools lets you build the app you're missing — LogixFlow is a no-code platform first, so the prebuilt apps are a starting point rather than the ceiling.

Do I need a background in software engineering?

No. LogixFlow is designed for logistics experts, not developers. If you understand your business process, you can build it with the drag-and-drop Studio and the prebuilt masters. And when your process changes next month, you edit the workflow yourself — no development cycle, no change orders.

Start with everything. Pay when it's working.
